I wish gas was 2.93 over here. In california (central valley) just last month it was at around 3.30 a gallon. I think we are getting ripped off. people in california have to drive everywhere. we commute more than any other state (except maybe n.y.) So if your the gas company's, why not sell gas higher where its more needed.

I saw this on TV this morning. If someone invented a pill that you could put in water to make gasoline. The cost of bottled water at $1. per quart would make the invention not cost effective.
Therefore gasoline is cheap.

here we go again.....if you are soo concerned with the price of gas then look into public transpostation or get a motorcycle or commute with friends......some things we have no control over....we need to find other ways to not have to use gas..and do you realize that most of our gas dollars is helping to kill our own soldiers over seas??..still want to fill up
