Dude, giving someone unprescribed medication, even if it is over the counter, is not a joke. You are not a doctor and do not know his medical conditions. It is possible for you to inadvertently cause irreparable damage or even death.

Don't do it. A friend of mine who was a high school cheerleader was in charge of making "hospitality treats" for the visiting team's cheer squad. Girls from the two schools didn't get along too well, so she made Ex-Lax brownies. One of the girls wound up in the hospital. Even made the national news.
