As a dentist myself I can assure you that you have nothing to worry about. Your dentist will give you an injection of Lidocaine in your gums that will block the nerve from feeling pain, usually before the injection he/she will rub some oral anesthetic gel similar to orajel on your gums to numb them prior to giving you the injection. The shot only feels like a small pinch and its over before you even know it. The only thing you will feel during the extractions are some pressure as your dentist pulls and pushes to loosen your tooth. Make sure you follow your dentists instructions to prevent dry socket and just take it easy for a few days. Good luck and don't worry, you will be just fine!

Anyone who tells you it won't hurt at all is lying. It's that simple. There won't be a lot of pain, but there will be some. It will hurt when they inject the local anesthetic into the area around the teeth. Extracting the teeth usually doesn't hurt, but you'll feel pressure. The dentist will grip it with an instrument that looks similar to pliers. He'll move the tooth back and forth to loosen it, then put it out. Then they'll have you bite down on some gauze to stop the bleeding. Your mouth will be sore, and you may have some pain for a few days afterward. Avoid aspirin because it can increase bleeding. Ask your dentist what you can take if it hurts after you get home. Usually, they recommend ibuprofen.
Good luck.

roflmao, if they think getting teeth pulled hearts there crybabys,
first thing, this only hurts alittle and will only hurt once.
they take a needle and put in inside ur gums it injects novacain into you, it makes you feel all num. during this you will not feel anything but it will make you feel like ur mouth is asleep like when ur legs get asleep. if they ask you if you want to get nitrous, you might want it just tell them you want to try it out, this makes you feel like ur on a rollercoaster it makes you all dizzy, i dont like it i usuly just get the novicane, then they will take an extraction instrumeant that looks like a pair of plyers and will just wiggle the tooth until it comes out, you will feel no pain at all, but after your done you must stay inside and not go outside because if your heart races too much theres a chance of enternal bleeding from your mouth, so just stay inside, your mouth will feel all bubbled up after it and you get home, i recomend just getting like a slurpee or a smoothy for dinner because you cant talk or chew, you will be drooling alot tho.

It donesnt hurt. They give you good stuff to make sure your numb and cant feel anything. Then out come the plires and they grab on and yank it out. Its really not that bad. I have had 4 teeth pulled. Not including my wisdom teeth, so I wouldnt be so worried.

If they have to pull teeth, they'll numb your mouth first. It would be sore afterwards, but not like it would be if they pulled it with no anesthetic at all.
