my mom just got back from the dentist and was given a bottle of these but she hates to takes strong drugs that will make her dizzy or knock her out . so if you have any information about this prescription it would really help she is in pain but worried about the meds.

If she has a low tolerance to meds she should only take one and establish if it makes her feel overly drowsy. Everyones tolerance is different, forexample for me that wouldn't phase me, but for others it makes them goofy. So try one if she is really really concerned take 1/2 but she won't get much relief from pain. Good luck

No, you don't have to finish the bottle. Somewhere in your dentist's instructions will be a phrase like "take as needed". In a couple of days you won't need those big guns, just regular tylenol. Dispose of the unused tablets in the trash. Do not flush them. Medications are showing up in water systems.

If you have ever had Tylenol #3 it is the equivalent.
