Welp, grading is comin up and my mom says that she'll pitch in part of the cost for me to get a tattoo done. I've been considering it for awhile, but have never had enough money. Anywayz, on to my q (I'm 16 btw). I was thinking of getting a wolf done on my shoulder blade .I was also thinking of getting the phrase "Live Free or Die" in this banner with an eagle smashing a skull on my shoulder blade. I was also thinking of getting a brown pegasus on my back. I was also thinking of getting an angel wing just above each ankle. All of these ideas mean a lot to me, but it would take too long to explain, but anyway, I had a rough past. Anyhow, what do u think of these ideas and any other suggestions?

Honestly I like the Angel wings on the Ankles...I have a few tattoo and u have to get use to the feeling so i think that would help you alot in getting that feeling and getting something your happy with...without causing a major uproar plus your mom will be happy u like...wont cost much....can cover up if need be and u will be happy too over all

The skull and eagle sound tacky to me. Try to imagine where you'd like to be in 10, 20, 30 years, and see if those images fit where you'd like to be. And remember a rough rule of thumb - removing a tattoo costs 5-10 times as much as it did to have it put on, and hurts that much longer, too.

For your first tattoo I would start smaller, like the wings is a good one. I am 30 and I have 10 tattoos. The biggest one was the last one that I got. You have to keep in mind that you are young and you are going to change as you grow up and you might end up hating it later. Start small but you are right on keeping it meaningful to you; don't just pick something off the wall. That is lame..
PS "Live free or Die" ? Please don't do that. You are young and that is kinda cheesey

I would refer you to the first Rossington Collins Band album cover. Ht had the Phoenix (a eagle looking bird) rising from the ground with fire trailing off its tail. In the background were 3 pyramids that stood for the three friends(members of lynyrd shynyrd who died in a plane crash).
I believe in a circle around this pic it states - anytime, anyplace, anywhere.

I like the "Live Free or Die" idea the best. The wings on your heels is really cool too...like achilles, right?

my boyfriend got "this too shall pass" because it was something that meant alot to him. it's written in hebrew on this
right triscep. he also had a rough past, specially growing up.
just get something that means alot to you, who cares what it is.. it has its own special meaning.
