Put your chicken breasts in either a casserole dish or a large frying pan(depending on how many you are making) throw some frozen baby carrots in with it, some onion if you like, and cover with a jar of spaghetti sauce or a tomato based sauce you like. bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked. You can top with cheese and put it back under the broiler if you like, and serve with pasta and/ or a salad. Good luck!

The quick and easy answer to this is slather in BBQ sauce and cook. Not much time not much for ingrediants and everyone likes a good BBQ.
If that doesn't float your boat season chicken to taste, fry in pan, then strip the meat off of the bone, place on a plate. In the same pan make some boxed stuffing of choice, Throw Chicken on top of the stuffing pour some cream of celery over all of that ( cream of mushroom works also) Mix soup with stuffing slightly do not stir in the chicken this should still be on top. Then place some cheese on top of that. Put lid on pot until cheese is melted and then dinner is served.

This is my favorite "Italian" dish Ingredients: If you are cooking for 2 people: 1 whole chicken breast 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce 6 oz. ricotta cheese (I prefer whole milk) 1/2 8oz. shredded mozzarella Cookie Sheet or aluminum pan 1/2 can of spinach Prep: I cut chicken cutlet into pieces about the length of the short end of the lasagna strips and maybe an inch and a half thick. Whip ricotta and one egg until well blended. Drain spinach and lightly mix with ricotta (just give it a few stirs). Of course boil the lasagna until the noodles get the way you like them. If you buy a block of mozzarella grate with a cheese grater (I always prefer the already shredded cheese). Cooking instructions: Pour about a tablespoon of corn oil into an already heating pan. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and parsley (I'm Puerto Rican so I season my chicken with something called Adobo its a mixture of dried garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and other delicious herbs and spices). Place seasoned cutlet pieces on hot oiled pan leave for about 6minutes on medium low heat turn and repeat. Start heating oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit. After noodles and chicken are cooked place a piece of chicken on the end of the noddle, drop a half teaspoon of ricotta and spinach mix, spaghetti sauce, and mozzarella on the chicken and roll it up. Repeat until you have the desired amount (ALL OF THIS IS DONE INSIDE THE COOKIE SHEET OR ALUMINUM PAN) When all of them are rolled pour a little bit of spaghetti sauce on each, sprinkle some more mozzarella on each as well and place in oven for about 7minutes ot until the mozzarella melts. I know this seems like a lot but it's fast, cheap, easy, and finger licking Yummylicious! Feel free to email me if you have any further questions about this question. =o)

Okay, here we go. Spray chicken with Pam or rub with butter or margarine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (however much you like). If you have Garlic Salt or actual garlic cloves this is great! Sprinkle garlic salt over top of chicken. If you have real garlic cloves, break open by smashing 4 cloves with the side of a chef knife. Make tiny slits under the chicken skin and place inside skin. This gives meat a wonderful taste! Bake in 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes per pound. If you have a meat thermometer that is even better. If you can place celery, carrots and potatoes in with chicken for excellent sides (sprinkle those with seasonings also). ENJOY!

This requires a little marination time, but you can set it up in two minutes. Marinate in 2/3 italian dressing and 1/3 lemon juice for at least a couple hours. This tastes great on a barbeque grill, but can be broiled, as well. It comes out tangy. Good with a fresh salad and a baguette or potato salad. By the way, if you make potato salad, try adding slivered almonds and sliced spanish olives.

the easiest and tasty way to cook chicken that i know of is in the oven, lay the chicken pieces in a good oven proof pan and cover with foil / glass dish with lid , then sprinkle with salt and pepper and garlic powder and onion powder, add about one tablespoon of good oil per chicken breast, and enough water to where its about a finger deep in the dish, then cover and cook in oven at 375 degrees for about one hour ( if you have about 4 or 5 breasts to cook) { { if only one or two breast, 20 minutes minimum and an additional 10 minutes per breast } } , after about 30 minutes turn chicken pieces over, then another 15 minutes turn back over again. this should help it to tenderize well.
it really does taste good, even as simple as it seems, and you can cook a rice dish and some veggies of whatever you like to go with it, or if you perfer potato's instead of rice,
its a great meal

Chicken Breasts
1 Jar - Pace Picante Sauce (Medium Heat)
1 Jar - Tostitos Nacho Cheese Dip (Mild)
1 Bottle - Teriyaki Sauce
1 Small Can – Santa Fe Corn
1 Small Can – Black Beans
Honey
Egg Noodles
Mix one jar of Pace Picante (Med Heat) Salsa in a blender with 1/2 bottle of Teriyaki Sauce and 1 Tablespoon of honey.
Pour onto chicken breasts and marinade for 10-15 minutes.
Quickly pan fry the breasts for 5 minutes on each side then place in the oven (BONE SIDE UP!) at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes depending on the size of the breasts. *Pour leftover marinade in bottom of pan!
While that’s going, boil the pasta (follow instructions on the packet). While the pasta is cooking, Mix Nacho Cheese Sauce, corn & black beans in a mixing bowl. Drain the pasta, and then mix with cheese/corn/bean mix.
By the time the pasta is finished and mixed, the Chicken should be ready to come out of the oven. Place the pasta on to a plate, then the chicken breast on the side and pour one to two regular teaspoons (like the kind you eat cereal with) of the marinade on top of both. This shouldn’t take too long to accomplish and it tastes pretty good.

No problem. Toss your breasts in a ziplock bag, pour in some of your favourite salad dressing (vinagrette type dressing will give more flavour faster, but creamy ones work fine too).
Squish it around to get dressing all over everything, then put it in the fridge until you're ready to eat.
Cook it on the BBQ along with some veggies and serve with some steamed rice or BBQ baked potatoes.
Enjoy!
