Can I use my ICQ account to IM AIM users, via third party messenger software?

Such as the old GAIM (now known as Pidgin)?

icq and aim are build on the same network -- so to answer your question -- yes you can use icq (any version old or new) to send messages to the aim users.

no u would have to be on the same network even if u had aa program like pidgin or adium
