Can anyone help me to write a monologue possibly covering the loneliness of the streets of New York?

It was 4:30 a.m. and I was standing outside of MrSorley's Pub on East Seventh Street when I chugged down my last beer of the night and flung it into the garbage debris cart. The bottle hit cardboard. Then I heard the yell. The cardboard boxes were moving. It's a huge rat, I thought. I asked my friend for his now empty beer bottle. Now I was armed again. As I ****** my arm ready to release the glass missle, a human head popped out from underneath the cardboard jungle. It was a homeless man. I disturbed a homeless man's sleep. Good thing for that cardboard box he was sleeping underneath. It saved him from a bud light's out.

In a pinch you could always plagiarize old Bob Dylan or Paul Simon lyrics. Like A Rolling Stone and The Boxer would be a good place to start.
If you want to be original you need to decide the setting of the loneliness;
Is this person all alone walking up Mott St at 4:00 am and feeling lonely ?
Or Is this person walking down Fifth Avenue by Rockefeller Center 4 days before Christmas and feeling lonely despite being surrounded by people .
Personally I would opt for the stark contrast because I think that it would give you more options than a lonely person in a lonely place would.

what's so lonely, lots of ppl around, they even stand on the corners and wave at those yellow cars, lots of ppl huddled around those new fangled ashtrays outside of office buildings in all kinds of weather. ppl walk around talking all the time, some of them are even on their cell phones. I ain't lonely, maybe you should go walk the streets somewhere else if you wanna be lonely :P
