I know this ain't what you want to hear but it is what I believe

Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Gen 2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.

Gen 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
Gen 2:22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
Gen 2:23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

This is far too complicated to describe in a pargraph or two. I'd suggest you read Darwin's book. He doesn't have all the answers, but what he does have is very logical and believable.
The ape story did not come from Darwin. He mantioned that at one phase of evolution we may have been somewhat ape-like. At no time were humans apes. The apes developed along one line - - humans along another,
Apes exist because this is where evolution places them. They, and we will continue to evolve. But the apes will never become humans. They've been on one track, we on another for a million years. it won't change now, or any time in the future.

Humans are apes. The first creature that qualified as human evolved from a creature that didn't quite qualify. (For a while, the population would then be a mix of "near-humans" and "just-humans".) Other apes evolved into modern apes. The apes evolved from earlier mammal which evolved from reptile, and so on back to the origin of life on Earth. There is no evidence that the original living thing required a creator.

Their continued existence isn't really the issue, but who created the apes is a good question, as is "how cold that be??". Evolution requires gradual changes over time. But a partly developed eye, for example, is useless. There are too many systems in the body that must be complete to function in any favorable way. By definitions, evolution would have eliminated them while they were useless.

1) Those who say we came from apes are wrong. We and apes descended from a common ancestor.

2) Nobody 'created' apes. Apes, like every other living thing (ranging from you and I to the blades of grass outside) are the product of Darwinian evolution.

3) Apes still exist because they are well-suited to their environment(s).

Well, evolutionists believe that nothing exploded and made life. They believe that a one-celled organism became alive, and evolved into more complex organisms until it became a land-dwelling creature, and so on and so forth.

I am a Christian who belivees that God created all life.

Genesis 1:1-3 says, "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Now the earth was [a] formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light."

It is made from Heavenly Father creating human life using a series of chemical reactions and such. It is not from apes because if it was, we would be allergic to water, thus die. Apes still exist because the Great Gorilla said so. The first sentance of this is not a joke. The next two are kind of a joke...

Your question shows little to no knowledge on evolution. It is not easy to understand, one of the reasons why so many dismiss it. Nobody "created" the apes; the apes also evolved. We are not sure how the first life originated, though there are some theories. Please research into evolution before dismissing it as so many Americans do. It is a shame that even in this time people are as ignorant as they are.

Btw, Wes, chimpanzees ARE apes.

Already there are some very bad answers from people who are either unintelligent, or too ignorant. I hope you are not one of them.

How is it that no one would believe that a house just came to be but they believe that about people and everything else. Do you realize that so many things about our human body have to be so exact for us to even exist -- yet you think that just happened?

Apes were created on Day 6 when God spoke them into existance -- humans were created later that same day.

We did evolve from the apes that are here now. We have a common ancestor from very long ago. Read the information in the link provided. It will explain most of it.

Nature.

Nature made the universe, galaxies, the stars and planets, life on earth and the natural order of all things. Mankind just substitutes nature with a religious god figure.

Simple and to the point.
