Ok ive heard inside of the upper arm, your neck (from the back), and over your ribs if your a skinny person. anywhere else?

Take it from someone who had been there and done that, the worst place for a tattoo is anywhere you cannot cover up when going to a job interview. Also anything that can be seen once you have said job when wearing a short sleeve shirt. Tattoos are cool I have six but sorry to say in the business world they are still and will probably always be frowned upon.
Also pain wise the one I had put on my stomach (I have no body fat) was the worst ever.

i souldnt say there is a 'worst place' for a first tattoo...the ribs and foot are said to be the more painful places but not all that bad compared to the rest of the body. i guess i would reccomend a first tattoo to be somewhere not visible all the time and easily covered

Out of all my tattoos I would have to say the most painful area to get tattooed was my foot... the skin is thin and there is a lot of bone. I have a large rib piece (8+ hours of work & i'm super skinny) and my foot hurt tens time worse! But that's my personal experience. Hope I could help! :)

Wrists, over the kidneys, any veiny area, pubic region. The inside of the upper arm really isn't that bad, I have 2 tattoos on the inside of each arm and I was surprised that it didn't hurt as much as I thought it would.

The one I have on my back was pretty painful, but it goes from hip to hip and it's about 6" wide most of the way across(it's not a tramp stamp by the way). The only other one I've had that hurt pretty bad was the pinup girl I have on the inside of my calf, her feet (between my ankle and Achilles tendon) and her hair (right below the bend of my knee).

I've heard on your ribs isn't as bad as people make it out to be, but I don't have any experience in that section, so I just won't go there.

Everyone's thresh hold for pain is different.
I have both ribs back of my neck and numerous others and none of them really hurt me.
Were all made differently

my e had one on his chest.. above and to the right of his nipple.. about 6x6.. He said that was the most painful ever.. ( he also has his back, uper arms (underside of the arms) and inside of his lip done. He said the chest was by far the worst.
