No, the sugars found in fruit are good for you. They are sugars that your body needs They are natural, key word being natural. Sugar that you use to bake, put in coffee, etc. is unnatural. Your body does not need these artificial sugars. Hope this helps!

Natural sugar is just that.....natural. It isn't inherently bad for you unless you have diabetes.

It's the refined sugars that'll kill you!
