Wait until you turn 18, what's the big deal? It's not legal to do it without consent and it's not smart to do it without your parents knowing. What if it gets infected or you pass out or you bleed out and need to go to the ER? Geez, think about it...

You have to have an ID anywhere it's licensed, and if it's not licensed, you should run out as fast as possible, because unlicensed piercing places aren't responsible for infection or complications, and the chance of infection itself is really high. Just wait two more years, or ask your parents, it's not absolutely necessary. Just don't do it yourself.

No....you'd have to go to a big city cuz most small places won't let you. But I went to the city and had 2 tattoo's done before age 18
