how do you say, "and I am the best there is," in ITALIAN?

"ed io sono la migliore che c'è" if you, a girl, are the speaker.
Otherwise,if a male is speaking, sentence is
"ed io sono il migliore che c'è"-

This is literal translation (not the first answer...thru Babelfish !!) and it's a very common saying in Italian, is not true that an Italian wouldn't never say in that way.

"e sono la migliore del mondo" it's correct... but... it's different..!!

The above translation is a little bit literal. I think that the best translation would be:

e sono la migliore del mondo.

Italian would not say something like "the best there is," but would rather say (literally) "the best in the world." Also, this presumes that what ever is the best is feminine.
