Laser hair removal. Permanent and almost painless but somewhat expensive.

One good option is Nair Hair Remover for Sensitive Skin. The original formula is the worst to use. It'll make your skin break out into a terrible rash since it's so poorly formulated. I'd try the Sensitive Skin one. It works pretty quickly and won't irritate your skin anywhere. Plus the hair will stay gone for a quite some time. And no, it won't grow back 10x thicker. That's just a myth.
