What you got was a scam email. To win the UK National Lottery you need to purchase a ticket. Unless you personally purchased a ticket, you definitely didn't win.

You received the notice in your email, right? It's a scam.
If you respond, they might ask for personal information such as bank account numbers or they will tell you that you have to send them money to receive your winnings.
Delete the email.
