I usually do cardio training with atleast 5 layers of clothes on, it helps me sweat alot because its very hard for me to sweat. So I wondering is that's a bad thing? because most people I see at the gym wear almost nothing.

Sweating doesnt help you lose weight! You're only losing water weight which'll be put back on in a matter of days! Dont be silly! Five layers of clothing cannot be comfortable so stick to shorts and a t-shirt; one t-shirt and one pair of shorts!

you might have a heat stroke or heat exhaustion... make sure you always have water around. I would not exercise outside with all that on. I don't think it is really safe but you can do it as long has you have water to help maintain that levels in your body

your body needs to be able to cool itself when exerting energy so u may wanna wear less. u will replace any extra fluids u lose from excessive sweating by the way
