Because He gave us Free Will, and if that is how we decide to live our life, then thats fine, we just need to relize that what we decide to do on earth determans if we go to heaven or hell.

To find out why God allows suffering, we need to think back to the time when suffering began. When Satan led Adam and Eve into disobeying God and important question was raised, If God had the right to rule. By calling God a liar who withholds good from his subjects, Satan charged that God is a bad ruler. Satan implied that humans would be better off without his guidance. How could God settle that issue and teach all creation that was watching at that time that the rebels were wrong and he was right. Some may reason God could have just destroyed the rebels and made a fresh start. But God stated his purpose was to fill the earth with the offspring of Adam and Eve, and he wanted them to live in an earthly paradise.(Genesis 1:28) Jehovah always fullfills his purposes.(Isaiah 55:10,11) Besides destroying the rebels would have answered the question that had been raised regarding God's right to rule.
Let's consider an illustration. Imagine a teacher is trying to explain a difficult problem. A clever yet rebellious student says he knows more than the experienced teacher does and knows a better way to solve the problem. Some of the students watching thinks this rebellious student is right and they too start becoming rebellious. What should the teacher do? If he throws the rebellious ones out of class what would be the effect on the other students watching. They may lose respect for the teacher , thinking he is afraid of being proved wrong. Suppose the teacher allows the rebel to show the class how he would solve the problem.
God has done something similiar to what the teacher does. Remember the rebels in Eden weren't the only ones watching Millions of angels were(Job 38:7;Daniel 7:10)How God handled the rebellion would effect all of intelligent creation and the angels watching. He has allowed Satan to show how he would rule mankind. God has allowed humans to rule themselves under Satan's guidance. God knows all honest hearted individuals and angels will benefit from seeing that Satan and his fellow rebels have failed and the humans cannot govern themselves.(Jeremiah 10:23)
But God has not left us without hope. By means of the ransom sacrifice of Christ Jesus and His Kingdom he will undo all the effects of sin, death and suffering(Daniel 2:44; Revelation 21:3,4) I hope this helps you. Ther is the question or challenge brought up by Satan with Adam & Eve, Does God have a right to rule His creations or can man rule himself?

God has allow 6,000 years for that challenge to be settled and man has screwed it up every single year.

He will not allow it much longer. At His proper time, He will take back control. That means the dirt of coruption will be wiped away from the earth. It means much more considering He can raise people from the dead. All those who proved faithful in choosing Him to worship and those who never had a chance to choose will be in that resurrection to a earth clear of all wickedness. The problems we have now caused by man's rulership will be gone. Fixed by the only one who should be in charge, the ONLY true God.

You CAN'T blame the problems of the world on God. God gave every human a free will. It is mankind's fault the for bad stuff happening in the world. Some people will choose bad and evil over good and peace.

God does not dictate our lives, we are given the freedom of choice (through God's eyes). What we do with our world is controlled only by us. Look at it like this, a broken heart for instance, is a mere lesson we teach ourselves. For every failed relationship, your wisdom grows. You become a better man towards your mate, because of the lessons you've learned. Another example, it really hurts to lose a loved one, but everything must one day come to an end, this is because of Gods design. Who are we to question him? Live and learn!!!

Perhaps a better question is, "Why do good things happen to bad people?" God is holy (Isaiah 6:3; Revelation 4:8). Human beings are sinful (Romans 3:23; 6:23). Do you want to know how God views humanity? “As it is written: There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands, no one who seeks God. All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good, not even one. Their throats are open graves; their tongues practice deceit. The poison of vipers is on their lips. Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness. Their feet are swift to shed blood; ruin and misery mark their ways, and the way of peace they do not know. There is no fear of God before their eyes” (Romans 3:10-18). Every human being on this planet deserves to be thrown into hell at this very moment. Every second we spend alive is only by the grace of God. Even the most terrible misery we could experience on this planet is merciful compared to what we deserve, eternal hell in the lake of fire.

“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8). Despite the evil, wicked, sinful nature of the people of this world, God still loved us. He loved us enough to die to take the penalty for our sins (Romans 6:23). All we have to do is believe in Jesus Christ (John 3:16; Romans 10:9) in order to be forgiven and promised a home in heaven (Romans 8:1). What we deserve = hell. What we are given = eternal life in heaven if we would just believe. It has been said, this world is the only hell believers will ever experience, and this world is the only heaven unbelievers will ever experience. The next time we ask the question, “Why does God allow bad things to happen to good people?”, maybe we should be asking, “Why does God allow good things to happen to bad people?”

1. He gives us free will. He never says we will be without suffering. But, he will always be with us.
2. Yes, our sins are forgiven if we ask for forgiveness.

Hope this helps a whole lot.

This has been asked so many times. What you are going to get now is a bunch of quotations from the bible and lame fallacy riddled pseudo logic.

you are only allowed to give credit to god for the good things that happen, bad things are not his fault.

there's this thing called free will that He gave us. some chose to take that gift some dont. God gave us this world. He gave us the choice on how to live it. we chose to do it our way not God's way. and the world is the result of us being stubborn and not accepting His gift.and now its coming to an end. and i cant wait cuz those who believe and live for God... WERE GOING HOME!

he has given us this world as Free Will. he does not interfere with our choices and for all our choices there are consequences for that. we also have the choice to come to him in prayer to get help. and THEN he can intervene. but the world is the way it is becuase of our choices and what we have made of it.

*** to answer the first answerer. ok so if you as a child go out and punch or maim another person in some way. then what you are saying is it is not YOUR fault but your moms right?? there is the faulty logic. .. we are responsible for our own actions. god GAVE us that Free will to make our own choices to either sink or swim. .. if we choose to sink he is not happy with that but he will accept it as our decision.
