when i was 11 i was in a fourwheeler crash and my mom and dad suied the driver of the other car but in this car crash i broke my upper leg and i was in the hospital for 5days and when i went home every time i would move the lower part of my leg would hurt an ungodyamout of pain and so we went back to the hospital and they took more xrays and then they found the lowwer part of my leg was broking and i wanted to know if i could sue the hospital im 16 now could i sue and how much?

You can't necessarily because they should of did a full evaluation of your leg. I am sure they asked you questions too when you went to the hospital like where does it hurt, how much are you and pain and so on. If I were you, I would get a copy of the report from all of the x-rays that were taken and other tests you had. My one question is did you have your seat belt on? You said that you were 11 years old, you should of been in the back seat of the car not in the front. The police would probably have that in their report. I am sorry but it seems like you have no chance. If you were going to have this injury for life then yes you can but bones and muscles heal but it takes time to heal the body.

you would be wasting your time trying to sue a hospital. They have more money than you do and can pay for the top lawyers. The chances of you winning is next to nothing.

You can sue anyone...whether you win or not is a different question.
