No! What I get sick of is the wussy liberal leaders who seem to forget the fact that they supported going to war! The entire world believed that it was the right thing to do! Stand up for your decisions and help the US win this one. Don't create a failure like you did in Vietnam...

This war would be over by now if our military leaders were allowed to fight a real war. The "free love", politically correct liberal hippies won't let them destroy the enemy with all our firepower and win this war. I think John Kerry's words were - "We need to fight a kinder, gentler war." Huh!?!? What a dumb ****! War is exact opposite of kind and gentle.

The decision to go to war is something that must be avoided at all costs, but once the decision is made, we should go all out. The terrorists in Iraq should have been blown to bits by air strikes from our B-52's. Instead, we send our troops into harm's way and they have to fight hand-to-hand....

This is what happens when you have flip-flopping "make love, not war" politicians running the war....

Regardless if it was the right thing or not, we cannot leave until there is a stable government in place.

Well its not and most people should realize that, how could we immediately evacuate all our troops from Iraq in one giant swoop. We have neither the equipment to do this or should we do it even if withdrawal was the correct action since it would place the troops in extreme danger in this type of move besides putting contractors and Iraqis who support us in greater danger.

I get more frustrated than irritated. Unfortunately, I have to agree with them, and the fact that there is not an easy solution is extremely frustrating. I am tired of picking up the Army Times every week and immediately checking to see if any of my friends I have made in my career died this month. It's getting old.

It is only my hope that we as a country, as a military, and as a government learn something from this mess. Let's not allow history to repeat itself.

they are in a position to declare they do, like they have accomplished, and nevertheless not recommend it. in the event that they think of asserting so will win them the election, they are going to say it, and anticipate that the universal public of voters are uneducated, (as is easily actual), and/or do not care, or the story isn't super sufficient to break their opportunities of prevailing. every person who somewhat knows the politics of this conflict in IRAQ...I call them the knowledgeable voters, already knows, I recommend knows a straight away American pull-out of Iraq, may be the dumbest element we ever did. additionally they comprehend, that Hillary, and Obama have not have been given the variety of real objective of doing so. I get upset when someone with no understanding of the situation or the ground truth implies that withdrawal is the solution.

If one can *logically* look at the war, who we are fighting there and what they will do if we retreat, they will support our efforts. If one listens to the soldiers risking their lives instead of calling us 'brainwashed idiots,' then they would not support pulling us out.

Yes it is frustrating to see how disconnected they are from the American people. We had no business being there in the first place. It is an illegal undeclared war of occupation with no plans for withdrawal. It is a march to empire and now we have the massive forward basses to project power in the region. This whole thing is so insane it defies belief!

NO... Because an immediate withdrawl would leave Iraq unstable.
