I live in the inland area of a Southern California city and it sometimes gets up to 95 degrees in the summer. My question is this:

What is a good, warm temperature to go for a walk without roasting myself? Ninety-five is too hot but what about in the mid 80s? I am an avid walker who lost 30 lbs. but have 90lbs. more to go.

80's is good. 90's ... you could dehydrate. so my suggestion is to walk in the early morning or after sun down, if it's safe. carry a pen with you - you can use it as a weapon if need be - stab in the eye or orface if you can. of course i'm sure you know to drink plenty of water, but try not to do it while walking. this could cause cramping.
