Oh that's an easy one. If you were a Prime Minister you would: organize health care into a system which benefits all, form a more stronger public assistance program which provides for the family/individual while promoting self efficiency, work with local governments in forming mandatory enviromental laws, that would encourage recycling and reduce littering, while educating the public on the importancy of such. It goes on and on, pretty much just pick out a few issues that are wrong with your country, and state how you would solve them.

outline three/ four major things that you would do for your people or just what you would change, go in detail, elaborate on each one explaining why you would do this, roughly how you planned to and what this would achieve.
