Shakta Path of Hinduism believes inGod as Eternal Energy and it clearly states how the universe was born and if u read it... it looks like you are reading a book of science
ITantra tells... Nature is made active of three attributes (light, action and inertia) and the concsiousness puts life into it and the first point of energy is formed, which creates Nada (resonance / sound) which converts energy into sub-atomic particles and then atoms and finally matter.
Tantra also tells about Black holes.... calling it Mahakali (utter Black) who ends the starts, and will finally eat up the Universe

No! the so-called 'Big Bang' is a purely naturalistic event, whereas God is supernatural (not subject to the laws governing matter).
The 'Big Bang' violates natural law, that is why its advocates call it a 'singularity' (a one-off event not subject to the laws of nature). Of course, for a naturalistic event to defy the laws of nature is impossible, so the Big Bang is impossible. The 'singularity' is just a device to evade this fact. In other words, they invoke a miracle to explain it, but then pretend it is not a miracle. But sadly, just like the story of the 'Emperor's New Clothes' many people have been fooled by it. And I wish I had a pound for every atheist thinks that it is clever to present the Big Bang as some sort of evidence for atheistic beliefs.
I would be very rich indeed.
Here is an example of how the Big Bang relates to Information Theory:
THEOREM 28: There is no known law of nature, no known process and no known sequence of events which can cause information to arise by itself in matter.
Since information is not a physical element (and as information is a fundamental constituent of the universe and an essential feature of all life) to assert that the universe is composed solely of matter and energy is clearly wrong. The speculated ‘Big Bang’ explosion is an accidental, purposeless and destructive event, with no informational component whatsoever. As it is not possible for such a ‘Big Bang’ or any other undirected release of energy to create useful information (or any sort of order) it is patently obvious that this ‘Big Bang’ story of creation is erroneous.
God (being supernatural) is not bound by natural law, so God can do anything regardless of what natural law says.God doesn't need the Big Bang, His Creation is a supernatural event, not a naturalistic one that defies natural law and then pretends that it doesn't.

Here is what i think: i believe in almost everything stated in the Christian bible, and also believe in the big bang theory. I believe the bibles theory of the universe forming in 7 days is synonymous with the big bang. however maybe 7 days for a god is several billion years for us, after all, if god is more superior shouldn't his units of measurement be superior as well. In that 7 days there is plenty of time for evolution to take course.

The Big Bang isn't there to be believed. Only religious fanatics are obsessed with belief. Science is not about belief but about asking questions. The Big Bang theory is one possible explanation for how things got to be the way they are, and it's being constantly updated as more and more questions get asked and possible answers are found. Scientists construct experiments to ascertain which of the possible answers are closest to being correct. A good scientist may believe he or she has the correct answer but will be ready to discard that belief if proved wrong. This is very different to religion, as I'm sure you can see for yourself.

No. God was invented by early civilisations to try and provide an explanation for life, the universe, and everything. Over time, especially in recent years, people have begun to doubt that explanation, and scientists have come up with the 'Big Bang theory' to explain it. The only similarity is that both God and the Big Bang are human attempts to explain something that we don't understand, that might even be beyond human understanding.

I had to read a book on the big bang for a science class and long story short - the scientists could explain every aspect of the big bang except the source - it said they didn't know of anything in the universe that was powerful enough to set it all in motion . . .
When I was read that I was like 'duh, God.'
So my personal belief is that God created the universe and the way He created it we call the 'Big Bang theory.' God is very smart to say the least, and He knew what one thing He had to do to get it all started and then He could just sit back and watch it unfold

no its not the same. big bang is evolutionary point of view and God is creationist. You are right we can not prove either in the lab, but almost all of evolutionist point back to darwins work right? Well then why dont the evolutionist ever go back and tell us why Darwin discredited HIS OWN WORK and said that the universe is so perfect there is no way possible it could have happened of millions of year and that there has to be a superior being??

I believe that God created the Big Bang, so yeah. I don't understand how some people seem to think we are all here by coincidence, that seems like a much more foolish idea to me!

no, big bang is a theory of science formulated by analytical and skeptical scientists, god and its origin or existence cannot be analyzed, the big band supposedly created the universe, you can find the answer from the universe, but there is nothing that is associated with a supreme being that can be look upon for answers to it's existence, the only answer of god is, there is no way of knowing, but don't mix faith with science, if you wish to believe in what you want to go ahead, but don't justify it by using naive logic
