Was he eating when the bloods were taken?
You need to be aware that many illnesses only show up on blood tests when they are quite severe - kidney failure for instance only shows on blood tests when 75% of the kidney function is gone.
The vet can do more for you than just blood tests. Just because the tests were fine last month - that only means he was all right at that particular time, it's no guarantee that he's going to STAY all right after that!
Go back to the vets. 3 weeks is far, far too long for a cat not to be eating - the cat needs supporting treatment while investigations are being made. It's absolutely impossible to tell if the cat is dying or not, only the vet can give you an idea what the problem is. 11 is not that old, the age may have nothing to do with the problem. Just get back to the vets asap!

I dont know why he would be throwing up and not eating for so long for no reason...hmm...what did your vet say about this? If your cat is 11, then sounds as though the odds are that he is just getting old and his little body is wearing down. I think at this point, aside from doing medically all you can, you should just prepare yourself for what the worst may be and make him as comfy and happy as you can right now. i am sorry, and i hope it all works out for you.

He needs to go back to the vet ASAP - like today. It is a really bad sign when a cat quits eating, and this problem is probably serious.
Take him back to the vet, like now. Tell them it's an emergency.

Bring him back to the vet. You should never wait three weeks. Also, give him cat food that is formulated for an older cat. Does he go outside? you should really have him checked out by the vet.

Please take him back to the vet. There's no reason you should wait 3 weeks of not eating to go back! I'm surprised he hasn't starved to death by now. My cat stopped eating and then I found out he had cancer. It usually means there's something physically wrong with the cat if he isn't eating.

I would call the vet and see if maybe he needs xrayed. He may have swallowed something or has something wrong that doesn't show up on bloodwork. Keep at this. Sometimes it can be hard to figure out, but it sure sounds like he swallowed something.

Take him back to the Vet or minimu, call the Vet & tell him what is going on. Also, do you give him hairball treatment? If not, you need to do that.
