The common answer would be paganism... as there was no formal structure of religion prior to Judiasm, or the religion of Abraham. Paganism just means that people worshipped a god. Could be any god. But at least they worshipped one.

Hinduism was the main one but what u mainly had were ancient cultures from the Sumerians and Egiptians, whose teachings were plagiarized to form those later religions.
