It's very hard to follow Bible standards, their pretty high, few can do it. Some preachers say we can't without God's help. Two fruit of the spirit of truth is faith and self control. Without the spirit you are up against more than you can handle. The Eastern religions are more about spirit than truth. In the West we haven't taught much about how to get the spirit of truth or the spiritual side of the Bible altogether. It's not a Western, left brain thing. With the spirit it will lead you into all truth, even the deep things of God, give you self control and answer all your questions. Faith is a fruit of that spirit also. Faith is a struggle without it. It's that still small voice that guides you or gives you a sense that something is wrong or right. You feel it in the stomach or get a thought. If you question that thought you get a conversation going and get into the spirit of things. If your heart is not in it, what job or anything else is bearable? Science is saying that your conscious mind is like a monkey on the back of a tiger, your intuiion. It has your answers, your faith, love and your power. If you trust yourself, though, who can control you? You can.

Sin. Sin separates man from his maker. The carnal mind cannot accept the things of God. The Carnal mind is at war with God. Only the Holy spirit can break the curse over a mind dedicated to satanic influences against God.

Belief is OK for babies. When you are grown up you have to know the truth and the difference between fake and a genuine article. If you do not know the difference you are danger not only to yourself but to all those that you are related to because you not be able to tell enemy from a friend and can thus not be given the responsibility to protecting others from Evil.

Luigi,
God Created Satan.
God is All Knowing and knows the Future.
God created Satan knowing that he would create Sin and darkness.
God did it anyway, in essence, creating Sin.
God is the Creator of Sin, through his creation of Satan.

Lack of evidence. Neither your god nor satan exists, sorry.
Nobody can prove any gods, much less a specific god, exist; many people will tell you their god exists but no others, but will never be able to prove it, even if they think so. Some will threaten you with eternal pain or promise eternal joy to get you to believe in their god; these are all stories, created for people who were scared long before we understood the universe. Now we have no more reason for these superstitions.

It is in Human Nature, because Adam and Eve sinned and ate from the Tree of Knowledge (the Tree of knowledge didn't make them "smarter", it made them more aware of their surroundings). It is how we have been made, to want sin, maybe not consciously, but sin is designed to be appealing. It does not mean to do not believe in God, it means you are human.

Some people live by belief- accepting things as though they are true but it does not really have to be nor has it been proven to be so.
Others live by knowledge- confirmed information o a matter.
I choose the latter.

I think that what keeps us from believing is that, whatever we chose to believe, there are always strings attatched and we can never really answer anything one hundred percent. People want definite truth that they can touch and see and proove. But with any beliefs, its hard to do all of that. We want nothing but to know we are correct and be positive of everything, but when "beliefs" can't really give you that, its hard to commit to them

Do you think that Christians are the only ones with faith?
You would be very wrong in thinking that. Everyone has faith in something.
