Why did the people who worked at Captains Galley in China Grove NC slaughter a goat?

Lots of people eat goat meat without getting E. Coli. It's the lack of cleanliness in the resaurant that got the people sick.

Nothing wrong with a little goat meat. The problem could of been the cleanliness of the utencils they used after doing it.

I doubt the owners knew this was happening. No one in their right mind would think of doing this in their restaurant. The employees did it on their own, probably used their own keys, helped themselves to the utencils, and innocent people got sick. Shame.

If anyone should be charged with a crime, it should be the employees that did it!
