No. Two reasons. Jesus came for the glory of his Father.

As a balance for the perfect man, Adam, whose sin brought death to man. Only a perfect man could bring that balance. No normal man could qualify.

All the sacrificed animals found in the OT pointed to Jesus' sacrifice of himself so man could get out from under Adam's sin and death.

So..... if jesus was sent to save humanity from lying, stealing, hating, envy, blood-thirsty killers, death, lust, self pleasure, merciless people, pride, boasting/ego...etc etc...... Why do we still have lying, stealing, hating, envy, blood-thirsty killers, death, lust, self pleasure, merciless , pride laden, boasting/egotistical people??

What have we been saved from? They're all still here and christians are just as prone to becoming victims to it all AND being the cause of it all.... just as anyone else can be. Where's your god now?

God did not just send one son. GOD has a whole nation here on earth that he calls his first born son, if you do know this you can do yourself a favour by reading the old testament and read the story of the Hebrews.

God created many covenants with man but the only way to make an eternal covenant was for God to create a covenant with himself as a man. The only way to do that was for His son to be born a man and complete the sacrifice. The point is not that all evil will be eliminated but that man have an avenue to God that is unbreakable. It is that avenue that enables us to obtain forgiveness when we fall.

God the father sent himself as God the son, to sacrifice himself as a human sacrifice so that he could as God the holy spirit, give his blessings to the imperfect creatures he created and set up to fail by creating Satan who God knew before he even created him would mislead his imperfect human creation to sin so that he would have to sacrifice himself to himself to get himself to forgive the poor wretches he set up to fail in the first place.

Or not.
