Mostly people see them are either relatives and close friends...
Some able to see them is because they offended the ghosts...
some just born to see them......

While it is certainly possible that there are spirits, it is not possible that you could see one. Whatever a spirit is, it is not of the physical world. When someone dies, we can see that there is something there one second and gone the next. You can resussitate the person all you want. Make the heart beat, make the lungs breathe but obviously, something that was there is gone.
It is not energy. Energy is physical and can be measured. This does not register on any meter. So, whatever you call it, spirt, ghost, soul whatever, it does not have any physical properties. As someone who has seen people die close up I can tell you it does not.
Without physical properties it cannot affect any physical things. In order to make sound, it must vibrate the air. In order to feel hot or cold it would have to speed up or slow down molecules. In order to create a smell or sensation of touch or taste it needs to affect physical stuff.
It cannot make an impression, show up on film or tape or any measuring device. There is no phyical property to measure.
There can be spirits or ghosts but I doubt it. They certainly cannot affect you nor return to the physical world once gone.

When you see it you will think that you are seeing a real person because you will not be able to distinguish a ghost from a living person if you do not know that that there are lots and lots of ghosts that walk the earth today.

Not ghost like you normally think of them but spirits I have. When I was about 10 I woke up in the middle of the night to find my granny at the end of the bed telling me she'd have to go home but was ok & I would be too. I screamed, totally freaked out because I knew granny was in the hospital. While my parents were comforting me, telling me it was just a dream the phone rang. I found out later that call was from the hospital. granny had passed away. I have never forgotten that. There have been other times when I had that eerie feeling but the only time I've ever actually seen one that I remember.

I was born seeing them, I am even part of a ghost hunting society that collects scientific evidence of the paranormal, alot like the show on the sci fi channel just a lot more low budget lol :P

seen them not because of any of the reasons you mentioned, rather the opening of the melon/brain with mind altering substances...ghosts are not really of the people they pretend to be...they are the fallen angels screwing around playing games....people die and their souls go back to God where they came from...they don't float around waiting in limbo...rather the disembodied spirits of the fallen CAN make an occassional appearance and play games etc....

I have seen a ghost named John he spoke saying to find his family in Kentucky. Saying his family was the one who did this to him.
