Who cares? If they pick a dress that shows more skin than another, that's their choice. I got married in a stapless dress and made sure I was comfortable, but not embarassing myself or anyone else. As far as the "nip slip", she more than likely didn't intend for it to happen, so give the girl a break.

Apparently that's the "in" thing. I agree, the dress should be tasteful and fit well, especially if you're getting married in a church. As a regular churchgoer, I don't think anything should be hanging out at your wedding that wouldn't be hanging out during a normal church service. That goes for guests too, I am sick of seeing cleavage, spiked heels and miniskirts at church weddings! Have some respect, save it for the honeymoon or the club!!!

I guess if you get a big zit or have a bad hairdo you might want to distract everyone with your hooters... that would do the trick I expect.

My best friend is getting married in May 2008 and her priest said she must have her shoudlers covered in church or he will not marry them. She's pitching a fit but I am seeing this as a small victory for those of us with a bit more conservative taste.

I have to agree with you this one bride had her nipples and below covered...barley... Well it's either because they want to get the groom started so they can have kids on their honeymoon or they think it's stylish. They also could just have big boobs and a small dress.

Why buy a gorgeous dress for lots of money and then distract from it by showing too much breast. It makes no sense. A bride should want a total beautiful look.

Well, I went to a national chain bridal shop, and in the entire store, there was ONE single gown that wasn't strapless! I don't want strapless, yet there aren't enough options out there for those of us who wish to be more conservative!

When I get married I'm having a custom-made dress in red satin and black lace that's half wedding dress half burlesque outfit. So perhaps I'm the wrong person to answer this question.

It is their big day. They should be able to wear whatever they want. It is none of your business what the bride choses to wear!

Are you high, they are just trying to get out for one last look around and make sure they have made the right choice. I mean where better to take a peak.

i haven't really seen any up close and personal, but if that's what's happening out there, then YES! your wedding day should be what you want it to be, but it should ALSO be classy and tasteful. if you want skanky, then buy something from victorias secret for your honeymoon.
