If you're an Arminianist, you can block or unblock yourself at will.

If you're a moderate Calvinist, you inevitably block yourself but you cannot unblock yourself.

If you're a hyper-Calvinist, Yahoo! Answers will block or unblock you according to their pleasure.

If you're a Catholic, a duly appointed representative of Yahoo! Answers will unblock you when you repent of your rules violation.

If you're a Lutheran, you were already unblocked when that splash of water flew out of the monitor and hit you in the face; but you can get a personal unblocking from your Yahoo! Answers representative if you wish.

You can read their question as it comes on the page but you can't respond. I've found one person who has me blocked, but I didn't retaliate. I have no need to block anyone, and so I won't.

Free will leads to blocking, but the Yahoo! gods set the feature in place.

Why would you care? I am sure many have blocked me, and that is fine with me. I block all whose answers or questions are highly offensive. It is working. I can come here now and not get upset by gross stupidity of a few members. I think it is the best thing yahoo has done since opening this site.

You won't be able to look at their questions. . .I've been blocked.

You can't read their questions. You can see them in the list, but when you click on the link, it says it's not available to you.
