INGREDIENTS
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
4 cups sugar
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen juice concentrate - any flavor except citrus, thawed
3 1/2 quarts cold water, or as needed
DIRECTIONS

piece of cake. it takes some experimentation but its easy. this website gives you the instructions. it is favorited on my computer to the ingredients page for fruit wines but you can get to the other pages from there. everything you need to know is there. this page is a bit more advanced than the novice needs but it explains things. if you find that you enjoy making wines and jack (frozen decantered wine similar to brandy) or brandy (distilled wine) then it also tells you how to improve your opperation. ive been using it for years as a starting point for fruit wines. i usually make wine or jack. have made quart or two of brandy but didnt really care for it so i stopped.
