le ciel. It is the same word as "sky". Going to heaven is : aller au ciel. There is also a plural form of ciel, which is "cieux", normally used in prayers. But you are safe with "ciel" and I hope you go there (if heaven exists of course).

Properly, «ciel». But you can say «paradis» (in a religious sense).
