Well that's a toss-up because being broke all the time is just as stressful as having a stressful job too.

The last job I had (for over 20 years) was pretty stressful, but high paid. I retired early - liked the job and the people I worked for, but just didn't want to do it any more.

If you're young, high stress high pay can be OK - at some point though, it's probably just not worth it any more.

Depanding on how many hour and if I could get called in for work at anytime I would mostly chose the stressful one if I could not get called in anytime or have to work many many hours a week(50-60)

What is a average pay anyways is that like $12 a hour? if so not a chance in hell as I know it would really limit what you could do with your life.

Money does buy happiness up to a point, it could buy you better place to live, a great car, and a not having to stress or if you will be able to pay this months rent

Stress causes lots of issues, especially with your health. Money is something that makes the world go round, but if you're not here to spend it, it wasn't worth it, right? A little stress for anyone I think is good, it builds character, but too much of anything...good or bad....leads to trouble.

depends on what it was doing, if i had a high stress job that i loved, (lawyer, dr, etc) then it would be worth it, if i had a high stress job that i hated, what would be the point!

depend of ur standard of living...if i can survive and leave comfortably (when i mean comfortably...no debt...no living paycheck to paycheck...small saving, 1 vacation/year)...i will take the avg. pay.

what's good to u when u r stress out and dead before u can enjoy life? its not like u can take money to ur grave.
