While I was eating in a McDonalds,I smelled bug spray being used, it was in the lobby. Ihad to get up and leave because i have pulumonary fibrosis & i couldn`t breath. Is this legal? I would like an answer if possible.THANKS

I am so sorry that happened to you.You are not alone,people who do not have sensitivities simply do not think about what they are doing,or how their actions can affect others.
You should report this incident,and call the department of health on them.
They should not be spraying raid around food or when people are eating.

Big hugs to you and I am sorry you had to experience that! I also have been exposed to things I am sensitive to and I know the pain you have experienced.

I don't know if it's legal or not. But I wouldn't be surprised if what you smelled was indeed spraying. I'm not a big fan of the food chain because this is not the first time I have seen health concerns caused by them.

It is legal but it should only be applied by a professional in a resturant. I know I worked at a mcdonalds and we couldn't spray anyhting only the bug person could.
