how do i make girls not feel jealous of me? my best girl friend is extremely jealous of me and always trying to outdo me in the man department always trying to hook up with really cute guys.
my female coworker is always trying to outdress me to the point where we sometimes come to work with VERY similar offits on (i can't do or say anything cuz she is my manager)
i know what i need to do. can someone please relate? thank you

usually beautiful people are lonely people!!!
U have to face this fact, so that u will never get hurt!!!
u already stand out, that means u need to look for people even more beautiful than u, spend so much time with ugly and common look people only waste your time and energy!!!
the worst thing is u will never gain knowlege from that kind of circle, remain stupid and timid, is that u want?

You are the one who seems like you are trying to outdo everyone. Really nothing wrong with that. However it is a bit hypocritical to accuse people of doing exactly what you are doing. Really it sounds to be that you are very insecure and need attention. You seem to be jealous of anything that takes any bit of attention away from you.
You are not the first girl to dress nice at work and you are not the only person in the world who is attracted to good looking people. There are millions of women in this country who dress better than you and date more good looking guys. How would you feel if all those millions said the same thing about you that you are saying about your friends?

The best way to begin to understand human behavior is to pay attention to yourself and your actions as much as possible. The more you are able to examine your own behavior and be honest with yourself about what is behind that behavior.
Nobody can blame you for feeling like outcast. Don't you have an idea or know how difficult it is to be with a perfect person who has set such a high standard?
Ain't nothin' you can do about it! Just be yourself and maintain your level-headedness and generosity toward your colleague. The tallest bamboo bends the lowest, so goes an old saying. Shower them with kindness and help them every which way you can.
Let the people around you "gloat" at some of your weaknesses---if only to make them feel good occasionally. It's not the healthy option but do it, if only to give your life a semblance of normalcy. Give them a chance to accept that you are not really perfect.

There's nothing you really can do. Beauty is a gift from God that should be treasured. If other people are jealous thats' their own problem. If it trully bothers you, you could talk to your best friend about it and maybe help her out by hooking he up w/ a cute guy. You could offer to go on a girls day out with your manager, go shopping, dinner, get a make over. That is if she's around your age. Good Luck :)

omgosh i have the same problem i worked at the same place and they try to out do me too wow we are the same, and girls do try to compete with me, even strangers.
ok this is what I do, i just put something really cute and also interesting, and sometimes they seem to begin to back away, try clothing that most people wouldnt wear, but you know it should be kind of cute
because You know me and you we can use almost anything and make things look soo cute that everyone notices it, hey just try that
ok it might not work because it tried it a couple times but still they go for my styles
but hey dont worry ok if it continues just be yourself ok sometimes sometimes we just cant do anything about it that we are too cute or something lol

Don't ever try to play down your looks... I am attractive too.. and i have girl jealous of me.. thats their problem.. they need some self help books to feel better about themself.. they need to just get over it .. their is a lot more jealousy where that came from.. maybe you should think about having guy as friends because it going to be hard with all these female in competition aganist you and not in competition with you .. that not real friends

No offense, but there are definetly bigger problems in the world than being beautiful. Be confident with yourself and let those other girls try to out-do you. You can't do anything but be a good friend, worker, and person. If you do that, girls will see you are beautiful inside and out and feel bad for trying to be someone they're not.

ok for one if she is really your best friend don't you want her to hook with cute guys, i won't want any of my friends to be dating any guy i consider not good looking. If she is going after the guys you say you like then thats a different story. okay and maybe at work you are dressing in the it fashion and you boss she this and likes the fashion, note any where you work once you are dressing in the todays fashion you won't be the only one in that fashion, unless you are dressing in like the last four years ago fashion.

They are insecure people. And thats why i dont hang out with very many females. Females tend to think that everything is a competition. I say just let her embarrass herslf. U know who u are and what ur capable of. Dont continue the challenge.

This happens to my sister all the time. Are you familiar with ugly betty? Well hers a secret on the show. On it's final season, she will change and look the most butifull out of all the women at her work. DRESS UGLY. Hopefully theyll copy. And since your still pretty you will probably still look good.
