These were doing the rounds a few years ago. All you had to do was attend a presentation. The presentation was for a timeshare, and you had to be there in person.

Attended the presentation and it was a hard sell for timeshare, the apartment you were being sent to was a timeshare complex - I declined the offer but my friend went and was taken everyday to see different apartments.

This may have changed since the 90s but it sounds very similar. Be careful because although the flight may only be £1, you may find you have to eat in the hotel/apartment complex and are charged 40-50 euros a night for meals.

permit me guess, you may desire to go searching a time proportion place for greater or less 3 hours after which you will get entered right into a draw for a trip yet will in all likelihood win a balloon or a t-shirt merchandising some crap company. I have been given taken alongside whilst my husband grew to become into taken in by utilising this sort of rip-off as quickly as formerly and this is rarely going on to me lower back. the thank you to destroy sometime of your existence... or could desire to I say weeks holiday. NO

No, but be very wary. It may be £1, but you might be in a very expensive hotel but your meals not provided and you have to eat there and pay big prices. They catch you in the small print! So read it carefully! There is no such thing as a free lunch!!!

its a con!! i know loads of mates who have had this done, they reassure you its a holiday but when you get there theres money to be paid and timeshares to be looked at. Nothing in this life is for free!!!!

check the small print VERY VERY carefully, most of what everyone has already said does happen!! so at very best you will prob have a holiday full of looking at crap rather than relaxing adn at worst -
most important i would be very wary of paying any company i didn't know by credit card as they can (if unscrupulous) take more money out your account than you agree...

All I have ever heard are scams and I bet it costs you a fortune eventually if you go. Usually the terms of the offer make it difficult to go as well as flights are unavailable.
