Because the Dead Sea Scrolls were contemporary to the early Church and so the New Testament was still just a bunch of letters being passed around.

The Dead Sea Scrolls generally are considered to have been copied by the Qumran community, identified by most scholars as the Essenes, between the mid-third century B.C. and 68 A.D , when the Romans annihilated the Qumran settlement.
The earliest manuscripts of the New Testament are probably from around 70 - 96 A.D.
You do the math.

There are parallels and even fragments of New Testament scripture intertwined w/ the dead sea scrolls. Excerpt below. Link above.
When we look into the teaching of the scrolls we will be able to perceive an ongoing dialogue between the writers of the scrolls and the writers of the New Testament. Listening to this dialogue will help to explain some otherwise obscure verses in the New Testament and will throw a flood of light on the world of early Christianity.

Most likely because the "Dead Sea Scrolls" were all written and hidden about fifty years before the first Books of the New Testament were written.

The people who wrote the dead sea scrolls were not Christians. Most of the scrolls were written before the time of Christ. It is not reasonable to expect that any specifically Christian material would be found at Qumran.

Because they were buried by a Jewish sect, not a Christian one.
Would you expect to find a copy of the Koran in a Church? Why would you expect to find a copy of the NT gospels in a Jewish temple?
