I'm not really sure, but it gets really annoying! I don't care how old someone is, just act your age. There is nothing wrong with being older... we are all going to be old someday.

I think it is because they see their youth slipping away. Society as a whole makes women feel that if they are over 25 that they aren't sexy anymore, which is total rubbish. Everywhere you look, youth and beauty is what is valued, atleast on the surface. It is hard enough for women to get older, let alone face all the added pressures. You cannot turn on a televison, a radio or even open a magazine without seeing or hearing ads for wrinkle cream, plastic surgery etc.

yeah my office manager is that way..i swear she thinks she is in her 20s..when in fact she is in her 40s...she wears clothing that she should not..and when she sits at her desk you can see her thongs..not a pleasant site to see...and sometimes when she stands up you see her thongs which is in her back becuause she has no azz and her azz is all the way close to her back so i guess thats where the thong sits..nastyyyy

no really, they just want to look younger like they still have "it"
