Use frozen and make smoothies w/ other fruit and yogurt!

Thaw a bit, and make into Banana Bread, Banana Muffins, Banana Cake, Banana Ice Cream.

I use frozen banana to make my Grandmothers Banana Bread. Very easy and very good when I do it I make extra and give it to friends.
2c. flour
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2t. baking soda
1/2t. salt
Sift
1/2c. butter
1c. sugar
2eggs.
Cream
3-4 thawed bananas (I cut off the end and squeeze from the top and let everthing go into my bowl with the butter).
mix and start adding in the flour mix.
1/2c. walnuts/ chocolate chips if you like.
1 loaf/ 2-3 small loaves or muffins
Bake 350 for 45 min.

smoothies or milkshakes..

cut and peel the bananas,
add some frozen strawberries,
milk or apple juice (depending on whether you want to make),
sugar or honey..

blend all ingredients in a blender.

this way you don't have to add ice. perfect little treat for summer.

chocolate bananas just melt your favorite chocolate on a pan get wooden stick like popsicles the just dip the bananas on the chocolate make sure there fully cover with chocolate them just put them back in the freezer for few minites and there done there delicious

Stick them in a zip-lock and thaw just enough to be able to squish them into a frozen puree and you have delicious, healthy bannana ice cream. Add fruit or whatever you want!

also you can make smoothies, just add some other fruits with milk and ice, touch of vanilla( 1/4 tsp) and 1/2 tsp of sugar....and whip them up in a blender....
