That's Son of Man, by Rene Magritte. If you like it, you should check out his other work. He deals a lot with unusual imagery and the disguise of what we, as humans, know should be there. He tries to create a sort of uneasiness - we know there should be a face there, but we can't see it. The bowler hat-man, which is rumoured to be a sort of self-portrait, is a recurring theme in his work.
