What color will show up best on short black hair without bleaching?

I'm going to a music festival this weekend and I was thinking of using some wash-off dye to dye my hair, preferably red or blue. I have really short black hair, what color/shade would look/show up best? I'd really appreciate an answer. Thanks! :-)

aqua blue shows up really good bleach-free on black hair. mine is aqua tipped rite now. tomorrow im doing it pink.
