Finally got out of a really baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad relationship and was raped.
I want to hang out with other guys (in a fun get to know you way). I want sex too, but I know it's way too soon for that?
Anyway advice from anyone who has been in my position. How long should I wait to date?

dammm I am sorry to hear life went sour for you. Let me ask you a question: why do you want to hang out with guys, as you say in afun way get to know you kinda way, why do you want to have sex, after that unfortune experience while being raped( I take it by the degenerate that raped you). Been there done that. I have one insight you know rape is not about sex, it is not about something beautiful, something to cherish, something to make you smile when your lover is not with you at that exact moment. Your body and soul knows the differences and may be telling you that it is ready to pick up the pace, you must be physically on the mend from that previous relationship experience. Something must be ready to try at least alittle to get back into the game. Yet if you feel at any time that you are not sure talk to the next guy you decide to let into your body and ask him questions and share if you can some of the experiences, just make sure that you both want sex at that particular time. You know your boundaries use them oftener. Let someone know what is really going on before you let the tide of passion loose, sometimes just say I may not be ready for sex but everything else, cuddling, kissing, holding, soft porn sctuff, lol. Just don't expect what you or your next partner to just go for it and everything is going to be okay. Talk before you do anything you may not be able to control and perhaps get hurt again or have to hurt someone in order to protect yourself. Better safe then sorrier after and years to come after that.
GOOD LUCK. MANY CHEROKEE BLESSINGS TO YOU!

I'm sorry that happened to you. Really sucks.
I think you should just wait until you are 100% sure that you can handle having sex or being around other men.
You should just take it slow because your mind might think you can handle it, but your body might not be ready.
Get to know a guy, then try things little by little.

This is a question that only you can answer. This is very private information about yourself and even though your picture is only an avatar, I don't know that I would be telling the whole Yahoo world that I was raped!

You should wait to have sex again until you are married. You want to share your precious self only with the loving committed man that is your husband. It is wrong to give yourself to any man who is not your husband.

If you're ready go for it. ...no one should dictate to you when you can or can't start having "fun" again. ;)
Good luck and stay safe. :)
