Not necessarily. Look at all the people who cheat, and then try to work things out with their partners. If they didn't love them they would just say screw it and move on. But they are trying to make it work because they DO love them. I don't agree with cheating at all, and if it was ever done to me the relationship would be over. But I guess sometimes its too hard not give into temptation, no matter how much you love someone.

Girl, you may "love him" but your not "in love" with him and that's totally different. When you love him you care about him, but there is something missing, and you just can't figure out what it is, when you are in love you dont desire another. Don't play the game of cheaters. Don't lead the one you love on. You are attracted to someone else and he may have the something that will make you fall "in love" with him.

love is an action a choice - if you cheated, you aren't totally in love with him.
it probably means that you love him as you love a friend or as you love a brother and not as you love a husband.
I know women that I can genuinely say I love them, but I love them more like I would love a sister or a friend or an adopted daughter or something like that - not as I would a wife.

Yes, that means you don't love him in the traditional meaning of romantic love. You can still love him as a friend. You are just a little slutty is all. If he knows about it and is cool with it, then go ahead and sleep with anyone you want, but if he isn't cool with it, let him go. It is disrespectful and rude.

I don't know about whether it means you don't love him or not, but it does mean you don't value the relationship that much to succumb to an attraction. And if you don't value the relationship how deep can the love be?
