You could have a food allergy. You should make an appt with an allergy doctor, they can test you for tons of things that might be causing your problem. I keep sugarless candy handy, or even cough drops. I'm allergic to all melons, I like those Fuse drinks, after drinking one, I got the tickle in my throat and looked on the bottle and there was a small picture of a contaloupe on it. You never know what your eating. I look now for ingredients.

try honey with lemon and hot water. try
aplying vicks to ur throat. also try acupuncture. ginger tea is good too. get a throat spray
