What are the dangers in serving food with MSG?
Who has specially asked for a product that does not contain MSG?

A 1995 FDA-commissioned report acknowledged that "An unknown percentage of the population may react to MSG and develop MSG symptom complex, a condition characterized by one or more of the following symptoms:
burning sensation in the back of the neck, forearms and chest
numbness in the back of the neck, radiating to the arms and back
tingling, warmth and weakness in the face, temples, upper back, neck and arms
facial pressure or tightness
chest pain
headache
nausea
rapid heartbeat
bronchospasm (difficulty breathing)
drowsiness
weakness."[6]

too much info to put here...type in the search line at wikipedia.org and you will finds lots of information about MSG, there is some evidence that suggests there are health risk but not from recognizable research....

My mother almost DIED from eating chicken prepared with MSG. She has severe allegic reacations to it. We ALWAYS ask, and if the server doesn't know, we find someone that does (even if it means a personal talk with the chef) or we simply choose another restaurant.
PLEASE always ask your cooks if you have food allergies, they will accomodate you because it will kill you otherwise!!!!
