Normally I cook for others, tonight it's just me; Tom has Karate tonight so it's solo cooking. I often gourmet cook things, like last night steamed Cod and shrimp with sautéed zucchini and steamed mushrooms.

What is something I can make for one person? I'm blank here.

How about a simple curry dish with rice? Or a tasty stir fry with chicken or shrimp or both? A veggie ommelette would be nice with a side of hash browns or garlic toast. Try grilled chicken ceaser salad. Try a Pad Thai, very tasty. Or try browning a peice of chicken, place it over partially cooked rice, pour a suace (soup even like mush soup) over all of it, cover and bake for 20 minutes or so. I could go on and on and on, as I love to cook :)

It's really great you like to cook, I absolutely LOVE to cook too.
How about tonight, you take it easy and make your own grilled chicken caesar salad:) You could season the chicken how you like, add the greens you want and it something fresh and quick:) Then when your bf comes back tomorrow you could make a spectacular gourmet meal:)

I'd go for a simple grilled salmon dinner with your choice of steamed veggie and a glass of wine. :)
