you are totally out of place to do what you are doing. The only thing you can do as a friend is to go along side and be there, and allow the other person to make their own decisions. Right now - she belongs to him, and that's how it is. You can certainly communicate your feelings, but once you have done that - anything more is just harrassing her. You might think she's making a mistake, but you don't really know that. You may have never let your intentions be known - how much did you persue her, that you were going to do whatever it took to get her, and you wouldn't take no for an answer? She has to make her own decision, and if she wants to date or marry him, then that's what she'll do. You can't make her decisions for her. You are just plain out of line, and you need to stop this.

Ur friend has to come to this relization herself, if u go and do something stupid, u might go to jail, and definately loose ur best friend. If u can't take them being together, then distance urself from ur friend. still be there for her, be her rock, her best friend, but don't hang out with them...at all for a while. Maybe even get away from her for a while too, that way when ur alone, temptations won't arise, because the way u describe things, one nite when things are rocky between them, u guys could chill out and unintended things could happen. So it's best to avoid all involved for a little bit.

first of all let me say that i am sorry that you are in this predicament.secondly, if you truly are her best friend you should confront derrick (peacefully) about your feelings on the matter at hand then if he persists tell your best friend that you tried to do something good for her and he didn't seem concerned and let your friend make her decision. by doing this you show that you truly care for her both as a friend and as a person as well. good luck!!
lol your first answer seems more worried about your grammar!

If you really care about her, then you must stay out of their relationship. In time, she may break up with him on her own, but you can't be involved in any way. Bide your time, and see what develops. She may realize he's not for her, then you'll have your chance. Good luck!
