I gained 110 lbs with my first child and have lost 50,but i have stopped losing weight and I was wondering if anyone knows of any good products I could take, preferably without a ton of ephedrine, or any weight loss secrets they want to share. I work out 3 days a week at Curves.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing, except water, in between. Take plenty of uncooked food, vegetables and fruits. Chew each morsel 32 times to activate ur body system to signal hunger and fullness.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve much more than what u r planning to do and that too in a reasonable period. Do not be in a hurry.

I read in a article somewhere that, a woman lost 100lbs by eating a big huge breakfast.. then ate a very small snack for lunch and dinner. She also exercised 3/4times a week, but for only 30 mins or so, but did longer workouts on the weekends when she had more time. That makes sense, because when you eat breakfast, it kick starts your metabolism and then your not as prone to pigging out during the day. Just an idea! Good luck!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

I lost 79.5 pounds with weight watchers on line. I had no time or interest in the meetings. It took me a couple of weeks to get comfortable with the points thing but then it just clicked.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor
