Yes. So long as you are not making money off someone else's artwork, you can use the flag to indicate your country of origin, or a club you belong to.

Not sure what UNIN JAG FLAG is, but this is a general rule of thumb, and to be sure, you should check with the local business laws and ethics.

The Union Jack, yes. If you are not British and wish to use the flag of your own country you had better check to see if your country, by law, has any restriction on the use of the flag as some do.
