If God ceased to exist, then all He created would also cease to exist. He controls all the forces of nature which maintains the world he created.

nothing would change. And if the idea of God ceased to exist, I am sure people would make a new one. The religion of one generation is the laughing stock of the next. Soon God WILL cease to exist. In Switzerland only 15% believe in God...its only a matter of time before atheism catches on, right or wrong.

Your question is based on the premise that God exists. You need to turn that around and "what if God began or actually existed?" God is a figment of some person's imagination, it truly is amazing that people follow the stories of people ranging 2000 years ago to well over 6000 - 8000 years ago. Would you believe their stories of how the earth is flat? Would you believe their stories of how God gets angry and causes earthquakes or storms, etc? In fact anyone following a religion does, because that is where their religion is based from, trying to explain their world around them. Of course they wanted to know what they were here for or where the world came from, but they made up stories that passed down enough became a religion and now people still believe that. This has been the longest game of telephone ever.

Haha. Was there, Is there, Will be there.
For those who reject His existence, scoop up your afternoon with Dr. Zakir Naik's casette/book on answering atheists.

You're assuming he currently exists; and considering the absolute lack of evidence, that's a pretty big assumption.
